Project Rainbow installed a TDoR Memorial on the West Lawn of the City & County Building (451 S. State Street) in Downtown Salt Lake City between November 12th - November 21st, 2022.

We held a poignant TDoR Memorial Service at 3:00pm on November 20th, at the Salt Lake Public Library featuring short speeches from community advocates as well as a reading of the names represented at the memorial. Following the service there was a candlelight vigil at the memorial, with a reception afterwards at The Shop, located next to Library Square. The service was live-streamed to participants all over the state of Utah
