We will provide a specific pick up and drop off location for your area when you sign up on the volunteer schedule.

We ask that our volunteers commit to retrieving the flags they staked to make the process as easy as possible for everyone. It usually takes less time to retrieve the flags than it does to stake them, especially if you are already familiar with the route and placement of the flags.

We typically assign around 20 flags to each volunteer route, which takes around 2 hours for most of our volunteers to complete.

We recommend staking flags in groups of two or more. It can be a lot for one person to drive, navigate to addresses, and stake each flag. One driver and one person to stake each flag makes things much easier for most of our volunteers.
